Active Birthing classes

A weekly class combining gentle yoga movement, breathing techniques, active birth education and relaxation to help ease pregnancy symptoms and prepare your mind and body for birth.

 

Suitable for mums-to-be from 14 weeks pregnant.

The Birth Preparation Course

A combination of weekly classes and workshops for couples to prepare for labour and birth together. The course includes the benefits of both the Active Birthing classes for mum plus the Birth Preparation group workshop and Baby Massage session for both mum and birth partner.
