Active Birthing classes

A weekly class combining gentle yoga movement, breathing techniques, active birth education and relaxation to help ease pregnancy symptoms and prepare your mind and body for birth.

 

Suitable for mums-to-be from 14 weeks pregnant.

Birth Preparation workshop

A 4hr workshop for couples to prepare for labour and birth together. The workshop includes information on the stages of labour, the role of hormones, the birth environment, breathing techniques, pain relief options, massage techniques and your options in birth to help you both feel relaxed and empowered.
