Service Description

Week 3 of our Tinies Summer Specials is a 1.5hr class including a focus on chest and arms massage, teething info and tips, an 'Over The Rainbow' photoshoot, sensory fun with bubbles and a lovely, calming postnatal relaxation. Loads of time to chat to other mums with refreshments included! Sessions are bookable individually but there will be a different theme each week so why not book all 4! Tinies is a class for mums and babies to bond through baby massage/yoga, calming techniques, postnatal support and relaxation. The early days can be isolating, full of all sorts of emotion and sometimes low mood or challenging feelings. Tinies classes are a safe space for you to feel part of a supportive and non-judgmental community, to share your worries, the highs and lows and know that there will always be someone to listen. Suitable for mums and babies from around 4 -16 weeks.
