Service Description

Tinies is a class for mums and babies to bond through baby massage/yoga, calming techniques, postnatal support and relaxation. The early days can be isolating, full of all sorts of emotion and sometimes low mood or challenging feelings. Tinies classes are a safe space for you to feel part of a supportive and non-judgmental community, to share your worries, the highs and lows and know that there will always be someone to listen. Suitable for mums and babies from around 4 -16 weeks. ** Please note that there will be NO CLASS on 24th June **
