Tinies Baby Massage (4 week term)

Service Description

Tinies is a class for mums and babies to bond through baby massage/yoga, calming techniques, postnatal support and relaxation. The early days can be isolating, full of all sorts of emotion and sometimes low mood or challenging feelings. Tinies classes are a safe space for you to feel part of a supportive and non-judgmental community, to share your worries, the highs and lows and know that there will always be someone to listen. And there's always biscuits! We'd love to welcome you if you'd like to join us! Suitable for mums and babies from around 4 -16 weeks.
